The contextual site planning has formed the derivative for the facade design. The form and enclosure of the facade treatment is a direct respond to the site context. The facade design exudes a timeless elegance and modern expression with historical references. A bold dynamic interplay of solid and void, present and past, opaque and perforated. A unique new alternative to other mass-market residential development that does not compromise on style.

The architectural language is well contrasted by the concrete shell and louvered glass facade. The concrete shell enclosure cast in pitched roof profile with punctuated window openings. The beautifully rendered raw concrete surfaces projects a modern stylish language. The roof concrete is treated to enhance its insulation properties. The balcony of the master bedrooms are nicely outfitted in an out-door corner by perforating the concrete shell. This small private garden made to look naturalistic within the concrete sided confines.

The formality of the concrete enclosure is set in contrast with the lightness of the perforated facade with the weaved louvered panels. The vertical louvres created a texturized perforated outer skin allowing light-filled quality to heighten the contrast with the opaque concrete facade.
The design touches create character, depth, and dimension to the space. The building is defined with its simplicity and yet contrasting composition. The dramatic cantilevered sky pool makes an interesting relationship with the formal opaque massing on the eastern side of the building. The landscape was able to take advantage of the design to create a lush and intimate environment which blended with and extended the presence of the natural surroundings.
