East 9 was appointed as the facade design consultant. Building floor plans and general building information were provided by the Client. The facade design was sculpted from the elements of structure and architectural layout.
Sleek Urban Style
The facade elements are carefully articulated and architecturally sculpted. The facade composition is an interplay of the various facade cladding materials, such as curtain walls with different colours and shades of glass panels, aluminium strip panels of staggering pattern and colour, metal mesh, and solid aluminium panels.
The use of metal mesh to screen the car park ramp structure at the rear facade with sculptural folds to texturise the facade fabric. The solid alum cladding at the end wall accentuates the building height and provides visual anchor for the building form. The balconies in the middle of the building facade punctuated the curtain wall facade.
