The feasibility design proposal aims to rejuvenate and bring vibrancy to the premise through creative design. It will feature O2O Oasis branding of F&B merchants with different cuisine offerings. The F&B merchants will have a shared central kitchen on site. The outdoor landscape areas are integrated with the dining concepts offering an array of family-orientated activities complimenting the dining experience.

  • To rejuvenate the old Ridout Tea Garden by capturing the original historical essence of Japanese architecture and landscape design.
  • To enhance the premise with the creation of vibrant communal spaces through innovative trend-setting design Redefining F&B experiences with the integration of a variety of gardens and event spaces to engage the local community.

Walking along the Garden

  • To create an immersive experience through integration of indoor and outdoor spaces, to bring vibrancy into the area and instill a sense of community.
  • To allow the community to reminisce the historical significance of the site by journeying through the integrated heritage trails and garden spaces.
  • To reinvent and initiate a unique mix of cuisines with innovative use of technology to enhance consumer experiences.
